Where do I go for answers about my unique situation?

SDSU understands that students occasionally encounter life circumstances which may not be directly addressed by routine policy and practice. Students may have allergies, or religious beliefs which require a different diet.  Students may have family circumstances which impact their meal plan needs.  Whatever your unique situation, whether it is dietary, ”What if I practice a vegan lifestyle?”, or financial, “Am I eligible for a refund due to my personal circumstances?”, or some other concern, your first step is to contact SDSU Dining Services at (605) 697-2552 so your individual situation can be evaluated.

Where is the Jacks' Dining office located?

Our main office is located in the lower level of the Student Union. Once you arrived downstairs, start walking towards the Multicultural Center, take a right once you reach that office, and then take a left once you reach the double doors of State Tech. Our office is at the end of that hallway. You may also contact the office at (605) 697-2552.
